Your cookie settings can be whatever although I suggest cookie prefix empty since obviosly internal photopost etc uses no prefix
Now if anything check out your integration
Make sure that the database settings are correct in config file to point to photopost
make sure in phpmyadmin settings 41 says photopost and setting 83 has photopost table prefix entered in settings reviewpost table
if you are integrated in photopost you will show total users
