PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Help - members are uploading into admin categories

I set up certain categories to be for Admin & moderators only to upload pictures to, yet today I opened the PhotoPost forum & there was a registered user that posted in one of the "admin/moderators only" cats. I then logged on as a registered user (not moderator) under another name to check it & I could also upload to that category. I double-checked the settings in the category editor & I have absolutely chosen admin & moderators only to upload & post to those categories. What do I do now?
