In cathead.tmpl, change the line:

Content visible to verified customers only.

or put whatever options you want in place. There is a hardcoded limit of 90 in showgallery.php. Also, you'll want to make sure that numbers you use are a factor of the number of columns you use (i.e. if 4 columns, then maybe 44, 60, 88).
