I re-installed it from scratch (I dropped the db tables for photopost). I now get a different error so i think its a step in the right direction:

However not sure what to do now.
This happened after I tried to sign in using my userid from my
vb 3.5.0 board to get to the
adm-index.php file. once i logged in the above error appeared and the url says its:
