Just a quick note, I have not modified a SINGLE file from PhotoPost stock 5.2 distribution.

I've tested this with several different versions of Postnuke, with the same results each time.

When PhotoPost runs with PostNuke integration, editing of files is not possible.

Here's the basic process.

Upload & Setup PostNuke (.726 in this instance).
Upload & Setup PhotoPost with PostNuke integration (v5.2, the latest)
Log into the site as an admin.
Upload an image to PhotoPost, no problem thus far.
View that image, click on the "Edit Photo" link
Up comes the screen with the input boxes for editing title, keywords, description, no sign of "If you want to delete this image completely, check this box" option (which showed up for me running standalone).
I edit the title and description of the image, click submit, and I'm presented with the same edit screen, and the contents of title and description as it was when I uploaded, without my modifications taking effect.

And no, nothing is being cached.
