PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - How Do I make it so users may edit their own posts?

I found what I thought was the area I needed to select to allow users to make their own modifications/deletions etc, and made the necessary changes or so I thought. We selected that they may edit comments or delete comments/photos, but when they or myself (as an admin) click submit to make changes or delete from the edit menu, it reverts back to the original and does not make the changes.

Any help would be appreciated. We just installed photopost a couple of days before our Grand Re-Opening which started today and runs the next week.

Hoping its something simple.
