I thought by putting the new version into a completely new directory I could preview it before upgrading. I don't understand how putting it in a completely different directory it messed up all the files everywhere.
OK- I went back and deleted the entire pp514 directory, uploaded the files into /photopost and ran the upgrade.php script and now it's REALLY messed up. I can't access my admin at all and the thumbnails and photos still aren't there. The pp514 directory is gone but everything still wants to point there.
What a mess!!
