There is no bug that I see. A user runs sendnotice or set's up the cron task which sets approved to 2 so they dont show. |
Hi chuck,
My users complained about getting strange emails:

I was also getting these emails with a test account (=! admin)

This sends out emails to $uid, which is the user, whos expired items get deleted.
