The build has not been updated yet probally sometime today. I have sent it to Michael to be updated on the server but no reply yet.
As far as the template thing. If you want to use the additional template type you need to in admin go to
Edit Product Types and set that additional template set customer service to ACTIVE IS YES
By default it is set to NO on upgrade and that is most likely why you cant select any other template sets cause only the one is active
