VB since we dont touch that package at all EVER. Looks to me like you deleted your login file.
As far as login to reviewpost admin and vb3 cookies all the way here. Your cookie prefix must be entered in the database setting 213 I beleive and your vblicense number must be in the config-inc.php file for you to login to reviewpost
