I'm 1000% positive. As a matter of fact, when a user realizes that his/her post was not made, they try over and over again, resulting in me receiving numerous emails of the same post.
I've tried posting myself and I get the same results. I believe you can give it a try too... Unregistered users are able to post comments.
How bout the date thing?
