Okay maybe if I get time I will write a simple tutorial.
VBulletin sets server's time back or forward to GMT time and then the user offset is used to calculate the proper time. Thus in Photopost say if your server is in California which it looks like you need to in Global Options in the gmt offset place 8 to get back to GMT time then your
VB offset will be used when everything is set back to 0 to calculate the true time.
