phpBB integration should be pretty self explanatory if you installed with phpbb integration and set the proper settings your logins should be set.
Payments under payment options in admin you turn on and enter your paypal email. In edit categories when editing a cat there is a payment section with options to fill out like cost of ad cost of highlighting bold etc and whether bidding is allowed.
