I have a section here... http://www.drumlines.org/class/showcat.php?cat=10 that I would like to have hidden (not display) the states that contain no ads. I have dove through the code to see where I could add something like "IF blah != '0'", or what-have-you, to a MySQL query, but the source is sparsly commented and everything seems to pull from the hodge podge that is pp-inc.php.

Could anyone help me out with this?
