Have you set the proper vb3license number in the photopost config-inc.php not customer number?
In phpmyadmin settings table entry number 172 for the cookie prefix is it set to bb which is the default
vb cookie prefix? Your cookie prefix in
vb is specified in the config file for
vb and if you did not change it then it would be bb and photopost cookie settings and vblicense number need to match
