I dont set anything different usually when I upgrade people unless I see something off the wall.
If you cant get into admin your cookies are not set right. Is the bb entered as the prefix in photopost for the cookie prefix? Most people forget that as the
vb cookie prefix is set in the
vb config file not cookie settings.
