I tried both!

I am at GMT -8. So I entered -8 in the GMT Offset box. The time stamp is still way off. I entered "t" in the box to match the vB3 forum. It is off too (way off).

vB3 timing is fine (sync to server).

So what else can I do to make this work properly? Is there a related field that I need to change to make this work?
