For vB3 and PP5.13, if I want to use the time of the vB, I just fill in a "t" (without the quotes) in the GMT Offset box, correct?

That is what I have there, but the time is off from the vB3 by about 9 and a half hours. I can manually put in -8 in there, but I would like to have PP follow vB3.

I just did a quick test to fill in the box with -8 and did a test post. It is still quite a bit off. So what is going on with this time thing?
