PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - after upgrade from 5.1 to 5.13 cannot upload photos

i just upgraded from 5.1 to 5.13 and find out that everytime we want to upload photos, it back again to the upload page without any images uploaded and without any errors message.
i have done all the intruction use upgrade.php from 5.1 to 5.11 or 5.13 and already replace all the necessary files. so don't know what to do..

PLease help !!! urgent !!
