Here is the normal issue when switching integrations and your error has nothing to do with upgrade that error says it ant execute the query which means your database or forum table prefix is wrong
1. change integration from vb2 to vb3 in mysql settings table entry 41
2. Change cookie settings to
vb cookie settings settings table entries 171-173. cookie prefix is found in
vb config file
3. enter
vb license number and database settings into photopost config file.
4. Changed in mysql settings table entry 83 to the proper
vb table prefix
