PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Using BBCode or HTML in a photo comment or description

I am trying to use either BBCode or HTML in a comment or photo description, but it's not working (I add a link, and I see the BBCode or HTML I added instead of an active link.) I don't see an obvious way to enable this in the admin, but the support docs say it should work (at least BBCode in the comments).

What am I missing here?
