What do you do when you have 2.2? ... I guess you run 2.3 -> 2.41 since there were no database (or ....?) upgrades between 2.11-2.3

Well then.. when you run that 2.3-> you'll get:

I guess these are not important warnings because "unlink" means that those files that the script is trying to delete are not there anyways.
