I figured it out.... This is for VB3 Users if any happen to come here looking for this information:

Yes, go to your AdminCP -> Style and Templates -> Style Manager -> Find the style you wish to edit then choose Edit Templates in the dropdown -> Navigation and Breadcrumb Templates -> Navbar -> Then simply add the following in red:

Code:

Content visible to verified customers only.

Be sure to edit where it says "URL_TO_PHOTOPOST" to instead reflect the actual url to where Photopost is located.
