PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - "Report Photo" not working correctly(FIXED)

When a user clicks "report photo", the category of the report (i.e. "Copyright Infringement") and any text reported by the user does not make it into the email. Just having a look at the relevant section of misc.php, it's not clear to me how the category or text would be captured for the email?

Am running 5.11
