Hi..

Try and find the users ID (for example 565) and look in the uploads directory of your photopost and there you'll see the users ID in the form of another directory, clear the contents of that users directory and ask them to upload again, other than that ask them about the extension, how it was saved etc... and try some experimentation in the form of saving to various filetypes etc..
