When you installed did you specify the proper Vblicense and cookie settings? I would think cookies are not set properly and you are not logged in when you indeed think you are.
Make sure Photopost cookie settings in the settings table settings 171-173 are set exactly as
VB. Note the default
VB cookie prefix is bb and I can tell ya tons of people forget this.
