I've just upgraded from 4.7 to 5.1 without any problems, but when anyone goes to upload a file now, when they click to upload, it sits there for a minute or so then

CGI Error
The specified CGI application misbehaved by not returning a complete set of HTTP headers.

I have seen posts elsewhere saying "its not our software" etc etc, but nothing else has changed except your software, so perhaps a bit of guidance would be helpful.
