Yes, I realize they can be assigned to categories from reading other posts. However, after viewing the sample sites and the link you posted I still see that the only place an album is self contained is in the Members Category which I assume must be the default category because it looks and functions totally different than other Categories.
What I basically want to do is create categories/subcategories to look, feel, and function just like the default Members Category. Allowing users to create albums in whatever category they have been given permission to.
For example for my site I would want it to like the following setup

Private Category

|__ subCategory 1

| |
| |__ Private User 2 Album

| |
| |__ Private User 1 Album

From the sites I've visited it appears that the only place a users album is contained within itself is in the default Members Category. If a user assigns his/her album to another category other than the default then there photos do not appear in an album but are mixed in with other users photos.
I would like to click on a category then click on a users album and view that users photos. Not click on a category and see no albums just everyones photos mixed in with other users.
Also, if a user create an album in other categories besides the default is it only created in that category or does it show up in the default Members category as well. Fo9r instance in the using above example can users with access to either or both Private Members and Familt Members create an album in those categories and keep it from showing up in the default Members Category.
Sorry, to be so long winded. I just want to make sure that I can accomplish what I'm looking to do before I invest the money.
