PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Uploads OK when I do them; not OK when users.

What could cause a corrupt file like this? The error popped up again. I deleted the file in the directory.

Is there a way to be e-mailed when an error like this pops up instead of relying on the web visitor to notify me?
