PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Uploads OK when I do them; not OK when users.

OK - I went into the dir and erased all the files -- put /usr in front of everything (might by a symbolic link because i can cd /home and get there too).

It seems to be working now -- don't know what part of that fixed it.
