I feel like such an idiot! I've been trying to fix this all day. And guess what? You are right!
I have 4 databases and I actually jotted down the wrong one for the user integration in config. Somebody smack me over the head! Gosh!
Thanks a bunches! If you didn't mention 28 has to do with users, I would have never looked at that again as I was certain the db settings were all correct. You are the bestest! Thank you and enjoy your day
