Well VBportal sidebar by default will show on Photopost pages when using Vb3 integration. As far as including a photo block on VBportal main page that would be a hack since we dont specifically support altering other software's files. However I will point you to a simple post I made over at VBportal to put a block on your main page like I did to my site
