Positive. I create a new cat every week, and moved images from some of my users in there and tried to vote and got that message. "You have already voted in this category"
Usually, if you already voted, it should say how many votes each image has recieved instead of the vote link correct? If so, I see the vote link, but can not see how many votes an image has received.
Where in mysql would I see who voted for an image?
