When adding a picture from Admin account you get a blank screen and the image is not uploaded. Adding pictres from normal accounts works fine... What is going on?

There is NO error messages, just a blank white screen.
I'm using GD. According to your requirements
Safe mode is OFF and GD is enabled:

GD Support enabled
GD Version bundled (2.0.28 compatible)
FreeType Support enabled
FreeType Linkage with freetype
GIF Read Support enabled
GIF Create Support enabled
JPG Support enabled
PNG Support enabled
WBMP Support enabled
XBM Support enabled
