There is nothing in the server logs of particular interest. I've just run a test from my machine here and the following is reported:

Content visible to verified customers only.
The error I get from my machine is a standard DNS "Cannot Find Server" error (which is the one most people get as far as I can tell).
I'm doing further investigation on my side but I can tell you that this is not a new problem and nothing has changed on the server.
