PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - Successful install, but cannot login as Admin?

I have completed the install several times now, for some reason after I complete the last step and I click on the Submit button to login into My Photo Gallery, it just goes to a HTTP 404 Not Found

Why is it not letting me login as the administrator so that I can go to My Photo Gallery?
