Admin can edit comments but it seems users cannot?
I have the usergroups set to
Allow comments? YES Allow edit own ads? YES

We are in final testing for going live and a tester placed a comment saying: would you take $XXXX dollars for the item but put in too many XX's and found he couldn't edit it
