Where do you set the path for avatars that display in the comment section below the pictures. Mine point to a dir call "forum" when it should be "forums"

should be:

Where do you set the path for all the header images, they are looking in the photopost dir for the skin images when it should be looking in the forums dir

should be:
http://www.315er.net/forums/afterdark/misc/xleft.gif
my CONFIG-INT.PHP has all the right paths , where else should i be looking?
