I'm guessing that I need to upload the files from the /templates/vb3enhanced folder to overwrite the existing templates in /templates which I've done. I've also enabled the vB3 Enahanced features and the vB3 WYSIWYG control in Edit Integration. I've also enabled the Standard & WYSIWYG Controls in the VBulletin Admin CP and enabled the Enhanced Interface in my User CP Options.

The problem is that the WYSIWYG interface doesn't appear in uploadproduct or editproduct. The only place it appears is in comments.php.
