Most software companies only put out one possible two updates a year.
I own reviewpost and its a nice product so I feel ya. However last year we released 2 major updates to reviewpost as well as 2 minor bug and security releases. I do beleive 2.5 was released the beginning of 2004 and 2.8 which was a major one as well in July.
I hardly call that left behind.
Now as far as your members renewal please make sure you have emailed
sales@photopost.com as they handle all sales related issues. Rest assured though we process licenses members renewals etc 24/7. We do not close up shop on the weekend. I do all the installs and upgrades and can tell ya for sure I get sent installs etc on the weekend
