hmm.. i tried clearing my cookies (if that's what you're suggesting).. no go..
i have my vb3 license # in the config-inc.php file (this refers to the 8-digit license #, not my 12-digit customer #, correct?).
does this have anything to do with my config-
int.php file? i notice this file isn't really 'configured', as all of the vb3 int stuff is set to OFF...
