Hello
You would upgrade Photopost and select VB3 integration not Portal Integration. We dont have a specific portal integration with VB3 as the portal is pulled automatically using the vb3 integration.
You need to alter your settings line 41 in the settings table of Photopost as you have that still set to vb2
