Is there anyone else that does these upgrades? Chuck sent me a contract, but when I asked a question, he hasn't replied to my emails (3 over a few weeks). I'm not sure if he's just busy, or not interested anymore, but I still have a need, and it doesn't seem like he's going to fill it.
