I have the same problem...

I installed photopost in a subdirectory of my Vbulletin 3 board.
I also used inc_photopost.php integration file (for VB) and modifyed the paths in it.

For information :
I run photopost 4.8.6 on a dedicated linux server, with all up to dates PHP, MySql etc.
