I'm working on getting watermarking to work on the fly... It's kinda working now.. but not really...

anyone have a idea why it doesn't watermark all images? especially the big ones, that's what i was most concerned about.

Also, you can click on a pic and have it show up in the top pic anymore (since on the fly watermarking is turned on)
I'm using GD2, but also tried imagemagick neither made a difference in these problems...
