PhotoPost Community - View Single Post - usergroups-phpbb2.sql is missing ??

I created a new usergroup in PHPBB 2.0.11 and I went to refresh the usergroups in reviewpost and I got the error message "usergroups-phpbb2.sql is missing." Now I appear to be locked out of the admin page as it tells me now that IM not an admin. I also looked in the database and the table rp_usergroups is empty.

Regretfully I didnt think to backup the DB before refreshing the usergroups so now what?
