Hi,
I just purchased PhotoPost and I'm attempting to get it up and running. I have it installed but have 2 problems...
1. How do I get my header to show up. I changed the header and footer htm files, but they are not showing up on my gallery.
2. I can't upload pictures. I am getting these warnings:

I have looked over everything I can find, but can't these things figured out.
