Well if it never worked from the beginning I think she would have contacted the installer which I can say she never did since I was the one who installed it.

However I can tell you the install worked fine when it was installed. We test all installs and uploads to ensure everything is in working order. I just visited your site and registered a username and tried uploading.

You host has turned off file uploads. This has nothing to do with our software. They need to enable file uploads again. We can not be held liable if the host changes the server setup.

If you upload a phpinfo file on the install you will see exactly what has got on. Most likely they uploaded php and locked things down.
