Easy one on install you did not enter cookie settings and make sure
VB license is right although that looks to be right
Check your phpmyadmin settings table settings 171-173 I beleive and cookie settings should be this
cookie path /
cookie domain blank
cookie prefix bb
Most likely is the bb was left out on install
