You told me the path was absolutely correct hense there was nothing for me to look at.

I gave the suggestion to backup everything both database and data directories and rebuild thumbs.

1. Thumbnails do not dissapear except for two reasons one they are deleted which our program does not do

2. Your server paths change to the image.

Resend the info and I will have a look. All I need is url and admin login
